Druzhkovsky City Court sentenced a woman from Druzhkovka who sold pornographic products on the Internet. According to the verdict, the porn model produced nine videos and photos showing her own naked body and so on.
After that, she sold the video via the Telegram messenger video at a price of 500 hryvnia. According to these facts, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 2 of Article 301, Part 3 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Importation, manufacture, sale and distribution of pornographic objects)
At the hearing, the accused admitted her guilt completely, sincerely repented and fully confirmed the factual circumstances set out in the indictment.
The court found the woman guilty and sentenced her to 3 years in prison with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the distribution of film, video products and computer programs for a period of 1 year.
On the basis of Article 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the convict was released from serving the main sentence with probation and set a probation period of 1 year. The verdict can be appealed within 30 days.
