The main topic is the work of the information dispatch service “1505”. The VA says that in 2024, the 1505 service received 6270 calls, of which 6175 were resolved promptly and positively.
The appeals concerned:
- utility issues-2,165 calls;
- social issues – 683 calls;
- civil protection issues-252 calls;
- consultations-3135 calls.
The most pressing issues are problems with water, heat, gas and electricity supply; the quality of wells; the provision of humanitarian aid and the like.
All these issues are under control, and work continues on their solution.
