The Open Ukrainian Taekwondo PTF Championship took place in Lviv on April 24-26. The athletes from Druzhkovka presented themselves worthily at the all-Ukrainian level.
Junior Emilia Andrienko became the champion in the weight category up to 42 kg. Silver medals were awarded to Alexander Polevodov in the category up to 48 kg among juniors and Dmitry Strashnenko in the category up to 68 kg.
In parallel, an open all-Ukrainian class A tournament, the FTU President’s Cup, was held in Lviv. Oleg Khoroshun won the bronze medal in the weight category up to 63 kg among juniors.
A pleasant event was the presentation of the certificate “Candidate for Master of Sports of Ukraine” in taekwondo PTF to Snezhana Vasilenko.
